Hardy's BBQ Team believes in doing things the old-fashioned way; low and slow cooking in a pit. We smoke only the finest meats with wood-fired for up to 12 hours. That's why we serve our meats without sauce. We want you to taste the rich flavor of wood smoke. We hand rub all of our meats with unique spices and herbs to give you the best and the most Amazing BBQ in the business. When you visit Hardy's Barbecue, you're in for a treat. Our customers enjoy the BBQ so much until they come back with friends and more family members. We advertise by word of mouth. Although Corries Hardy passed away June 2021, his legacy and mark in Barbecue are still going strong. Hardy's BBQ food truck is operated by Corries Wife (Roxie Hardy)and three sons (Joshua, Jonathan & Xavier), who are very proud and dedicated to carry on Corries Hardy legacy. The pits still smoke, and the fire burns brighter than ever. |
